FKF Appeals Committee to open window for disputes on Club Register
The Football Kenya federation (FKF) Elections Appeals Committee will open a three-day window, between tomorrow Thursday, February 13, and February 15, 2020, to listen to appeals concerning the register of clubs eligible to vote at the upcoming FKF Elections.
This will come after the Electoral Board listens to disputes arising from the register between Monday, February 10, and Wednesday, February 12, 2020. Those who are dissatisfied with the Board’s decisions can then seek recourse at the Appeals Committee, upon payment of a fee as is stipulated in the FKF Electoral Code.
The final list of eligible clubs will be published on February 16, 2020.
The County nomination process, meanwhile, kicks off this Thursday, February 13, 2020. Aspirants from coastal region counties (Mombasa, Kwale, Kilifi, Tana River, Lamu, Taita Taveta) as well as Garissa and Wajir are expected to hand in their nomination papers.
Deadline for submission of documents is February 18, 2020.
